Using FiverrSMM
These terms describe using the FiverrSMM website and ordering services from FiverrSMM Digital Marketing Agency. Read the selected gig and package before confirming an order. Contact support if any part of the scope is unclear.
Use the website and requested services lawfully, with the rights or permissions needed for the links, accounts, content and instructions you provide.
Accounts and order instructions
Provide accurate account and contact information, protect your password, and supply the requirements requested by the gig. Incomplete or incorrect instructions can prevent the team from understanding or completing the requested work.
Browsing does not create an order. An order is submitted through the order process after authentication, package selection, required information and any necessary funding.
Packages, payments and delivery
The selected gig describes the service scope, price, delivery period, revision allowance and any extras. Check the order details and ask support about a discrepancy.
Follow the payment instructions displayed in your account. Funding requests that need verification are reviewed by the team. Use your order details to follow status and review delivery.
Results affected by third-party platforms, audience behavior or factors outside the agreed deliverables should not be assumed to be guaranteed. Specific commitments must be stated in the service description or agreed with the team.
Revisions, cancellations and refunds
Use an available revision option to explain changes covered by the package, or contact support with the order ID and issue. Cancellation requires a valid reason and review by the team.
Full or partial refunds may be arranged for unsatisfactory work or unmet requirements. Approved refunds go to the wallet first; external payment returns are handled manually through support. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the process.
