Who operates this website

• Orders: selected gigs and packages, requirements, links, instructions, delivery records, revision requests and reviews.
• Funding and payment requests: wallet and transaction records, payment references and receipts. A payment-request form may also ask for billing contact, address and optional invoice-related details.
• Support: information you include when contacting the team about your account or order, including website conversation messages and attachments. The chat records message timestamps, sender details and read status, and uses short-lived typing indicators to support the conversation.

Only include information relevant to your request. Do not put your FiverrSMM password or full card details in order requirements or support messages.

Session, device and approximate location information

Those requests can expose connection information such as your IP address to the resource provider. IP-location lookups may also send the IP address to a lookup provider such as ipwho.is.

Records, security and your requests

Account, order and payment records can remain relevant while an account, order, refund or support issue is being managed. This notice does not state a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
